| Description | The history of the Caterpillar No.12 graders dates back to the year 1939. The F model shown here was introduced in 1965 and powered at first by a 115 hp engine which was upgraded in 1967 to a 125 hp engine. The production ended in 1973 when the new fully hydraulically driven G series emerged. The 12F weighed just under 13 metric tons (28,500 lb). |
